My workouts are much better now that I MELT before I go. My flexibility has improved and I haven’t pulled anything or strained myself in the gym in months!

Whatever we did, I had such an improved sense of well-being. It is vivid because I’ve been struggling both emotionally and physically with my ankle for so long and I haven’t been feeling well–and now after MELT, I feel great!

I now have pain-free days. I couldn’t have imagined this. I no longer take things like Tylenol or Advil daily because they were affecting my liver. Instead, I do the MELT Foot treatment and I go on the roller every day and I go to class 1 or 2 times a week. Karel’s MELT is helping me tremendously.

I came in with a lot of pain…in my fingers and hands from years of arthritis…during the class, I felt so relaxed…the pain really subsided. The knuckle decompression literally ‘MELT’s my pain away…

I usually have pain in both feet all day long. Always, my feet feel stiff and my range of motion in my ankles is diminished. Since class my feet have not hurt me once. I can walk without pain and stiffness. It is such a relief as I thought my feet would be painful for the rest of my life. I have been doing the MELT exercises in the morning and feel great! I’d like to take another class.

I can’t say enough about MELT. Sometime last fall, I found myself in pain with lots of fatigue and arthritic type discomfort. Looking for a solution, I came upon a newspaper article about MELT and classes that were being offered. I didn’t know it at the time, but this was exactly what I was looking for! The classes and MELT technique slowly but surely helped me get back to a more normal functioning level.
